摘要
器件密封腔内可动多余物对其使用可靠性有很大影响。储能焊作为常用密封方式之一,在归纳总结圆型封口储能焊的多余物来源以及提高PIND合格率措施的基础上,分析长方形封口器件使用电容型储能焊时的多余物形成的差异,认为电流“集肤效应”造成局部过熔是其易产生金属颗粒物导致PIND合格率低的机理。提出储能焊封口设计应尽量避免采用长方形封口和储能焊封口工艺。
The movable excess in the sealed cavity of the device has a great influence on the reliability.Energy storage welding is one of the common sealing methods.The source of excess material for round sealed energy storage welding and measures to improve the pass rate of PIND are summarized.On this basis,the reason for the formation of the excess material of the rectangular sealing device is analyzed.It is proposed that the current"skin effect"will lead to local over-melting,which is a mechanism of metal particles production,resulting in a low pass rate of PIND.It is proposed that the design of the energy storage welding seal should avoid the use of rectangular sealing and energy storage welding technology.
