摘要
采用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对中部地区80个地级市2001-2014年全要素生产率(TFP)进行测度及分解,并对其动态演进及空间分布格局进行分析。全要素生产率分解后得到技术效率变动指数、技术变化指数(技术进步率)、纯技术效率变动指数、规模效率变动指数。结果表明:从整体看,中部地区全要素生产率在样本期间呈现出波浪式增长形态,但自2010年以来增长速度出现较为明显的下降趋势。指数分解结果发现,中部地区技术变化(技术进步率)除个别年份外,整体水平波动不大,2001-2003年技术进步率显著提高,但随后大幅下降,后期逐步趋缓,而2012年后技术进步出现了一波“V”型反弹。技术效率和规模效率分别年均下降0.2%和0.5%。除个别年份外,各省技术变化均为正,表明其技术一直处于改善状态。
Dea-Malmquist index method was used to measure and decompose total factor productivity(TFP)of 80 prefecture-level cities in central China from 2001 to 2014,and its dynamic evolution and spatial distribution pattern were analyzed.After the decomposition of total factor productivity,technical efficiency change index,technical change index(rate of technological progress),pure technical efficiency change index and scale efficiency change index are obtained.The results show that,on the whole,total factor productivity in the central region shows a wave-like growth pattern during the sample period,but the growth rate has a significant downward trend since 2010.The exponential decomposition results show that,except for a few years,the overall level of technological change(rate of technological progress)in the central region does not fluctuate much.From 2001 to 2003,the rate of technological progress significantly increased,but then decreased significantly,and gradually slowed down in the later period.After 2012,there was a"V-shaped"rebound in technological progress.Technical efficiency and scale efficiency decreased by 0.2%and 0.5%respectively.Except for a few years,the change of technology in each province is positive,indicating that the technology has been in a state of improvement.
