电流控制双向水泥搅拌桩施工技术分析

摘要 根据双向水泥搅拌桩桩机工作电流变化,判定水泥搅拌桩是否打入持力层。重点对双向水泥搅拌桩桩机内外钻杆工作电流进行分析,并对龄期后成桩进行取芯检测,双向水泥搅拌桩成桩质量优良,验证电流用于现场施工控制水泥搅拌桩桩长的实用性。 According to the working current change of the two-way cement mixing pile machine,whether thecement mixing pile is driven into the bearing layeror not is determined.The working current of the inner and outer drill pipe of the two-way cement mixing pile machine is analyzed,and the core is tested after the ageing.The quality of the two-way cement mixing pile is excellent,which verifies the practicability of the current used in site construction to control the length of the cement mixing pile.
