摘要
目的通过对兰州市2014—2018年生活饮用水举报投诉情况进行分析,并提出相应的对策,旨在保障居民饮水卫生安全。方法对2014年1月1日至2018年12月31日,兰州市卫生监督机构所受理的生活饮用水投诉举报案件进行全面整理分类分析。结果在兰州市卫生监督机构所受理的生活饮用水举报投诉案件中,枯水期内举报投诉占比58.80%,二次供水举报投诉占比66.09%,主城区举报投诉占比91.43%;其产生问题的主要原因是由于供水管网老化、管道维修、用户误判等因素所致。结论通过对生活饮用水举报投诉的案件分析研究,旨在进一步提高举报投诉处置水平和工作质量,为人民健康和优先发展战略提供科学依据。
Objective By analyzing and putting forward corresponding countermeasures on the reports and complaints of drinking water in the city of Lanzhou from 2014 to 2018,this paper expects to ensure the drinking water sanitation and safety of residents.Method Conduct a comprehensive and classified analysis of complaints and reports on drinking water received by health supervision institutions in Lanzhou from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018.Results 58.80% of the complaints were reported during the dry period;66.09%were reported for the second water supply;and 91.43%were reported in the main urban area.The causes of the problems were mainly due to the aging of the water supply network,pipeline maintenance and user misjudgment.Conclusion Through the analysis of the complaints reported on drinking water,the aim was to further improve the level of handling of complaints and the quality of work,and to provide a scientific basis for people's health and priority development strategies.
