摘要
在卫生监督执法中,打击非法行医是卫生监督执法工作的重中之重。无证行医因为其隐蔽性、取证难和屡禁不止等特点,严重危害着广大人民群众的医疗安全和身体健康。本文通过一起涉嫌非法行医举报投诉案件,对非法行医主体的认定和非法行医行为认定中的难点进行阐述,并提出一点非法行医查处中的思考和建议。
In the health supervision and law enforcement,illegal medical practice is the priority.Because of its characteristics of concealing,difficult to obtain evidence and persistence,illegal practices is a serious harm to people’s health and medical safety.Through a report complaint case suspected illegal practice,this paper analyzed subject identification of illegal medical practice and the illegal practice behavior cognizance difficulties are expounded,and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the investigation of illegal practice.
