摘要
本文主要针对目前我国面临的严峻的食品安全问题进行了分析,面对这种情形,必须不断强化食品安全监测,进一步提升食品检测质量。在食品安全检测过程中,仪器分析法由于具备快捷、灵敏、准确等特征,从而成为了一种应用非常广泛的检测分析技术,在我国的食品检测分析领域得到了广泛应用,极大的提升了食品检测的效率和检测质量。
This paper mainly analysed the severe food safety problems that our country is facing at present.In the face of this situation,we must constantly strengthen food safety monitoring and further improve the quality of food detection.In the process of food safety detection,instrumental analysis has some characteristics such as fast,sensitive and accurate,it has became a very widely used detection and analysis technology.It has been widely used in the field of food detection and analysis in China,greatly improving the efficiency and quality of food detection.
