摘要
随着现代工业化的快速发展,河流、海洋、植物以及空气等都受到不同程度的重金属污染。重金属离子易溶于水,具有高毒性、致癌性,可以通过环境和食物对人体造成严重危害,如器官疾病和遗传毒性等。因此,对于重金属离子的实时监测是非常必要的。传统的检测方法前处理过程复杂,所用仪器设备昂贵,检测耗时较长,不能满足快速检测的需求。荧光传感器作为近几年一种新型检测手段,因其具有高灵敏度、选择性、较强的检测性能以及低成本、便携性和可视化快速检测能力的优势,受到广泛关注。该文对近年来比率型荧光探针在重金属离子可视化快速检测中的应用现状进行综述,讨论该方法未来面临的挑战以及发展前景,以期为重金属离子的检测提供参考。
Due to the rapid development of modern industrialization,rivers,oceans,plants,and the atmosphere have been subjected to varying degrees of heavy metal pollution.Heavy metal ions are easily soluble in water and are highly toxic and carcinogenic.They can cause serious harm to the human body through the environment and food,such as organ diseases and genetic toxicity.Therefore,real-time monitoring of heavy metal ions is essential.Traditional detection methods involve cumbersome pretreatment processes,expensive instruments and equipment,and time-consuming procedures,which cannot meet the requirements of rapid detection.Fluorescent sensors,as a new detection method in recent years,have attracted extensive attention owing to their high sensitivity,selectivity,strong detection performance,low cost,portability,and ability for visual and rapid detection.This paper reviewed the current application of ratiometric fluorescent probes in the visual and rapid detection of heavy metal ions in recent years and discussed the challenges and prospects of this method to provide references for the detection of heavy metal ions.
