摘要
马铃薯渣水分含量很高,直接作为动物饲料使用,不仅营养价值低、利用率差,而且不宜运输和储存。但将发酵马铃薯渣作为动物饲料使用,却具有很好的饲喂效果,不仅可以提高动物生产性能,还可以提高经济效益。文章对发酵马铃薯渣的制备、营养成分及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述。
Potato residue directly used as animal feed is of low nutritional value and poor utilization rate, and it is unsuitable for transportation and storage because of high moisture content. But fermented potato residue used as animal feed has good feeding effect, which can not only improve animal production performance, but also improve economic benefits. The paper discussed preparation, nutritional component and application of fermented potato residue in animal production.
