摘要
针对中兴煤业2号煤层瓦斯抽采及消突效果差等问题,基于水力割缝和水力压裂在煤层增透的良好效果,提出了通过射流深穿透射孔技术预设导向槽和布置控制钻孔实现定向水力压裂,并将压裂孔与控制孔之间压穿,优化了导向槽定向水力压穿防突技术工艺参数。通过现场试验表明,实施导向槽定向水力压穿作业的钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度、瓦斯抽采流量均有大幅提高,验证了导向槽定向水力压穿防突技术可大幅增加煤层透气性,从而提高抽采效果,达到消突的目的。
In view of the problems of coal seam gas extraction and burst risk elimination in No.2 coal seam of Zhongxing Coal Mine,based on hydraulic cutting and hydraulic fracturing technology,it is proposed to preset the guide groove and arrange controlling drilling hole by jet deep penetration holing technology,to realize directional hydraulic fracturing,and presses between the fracturing hole and the control hole,and optimizes the process parameters of the burst—prevention technology with guide groove directional hydraulic fracturing.The field test shows that the gas drainage concentration and gas drainage flow rate are greatly improved.It is verified that the proposed technology can greatly increase the coal seam permeability,thus improve drainage effect,to achieve the purpose of burst elimination.
