摘要
针对1110水平2105巷掘进期间巷道粉尘浓度高、除尘效果差、严重影响巷道质量标准化及施工安全等现象,小峪煤矿通过技术研究设计了一套远程智能通风除尘系统。通过实际应用发现,该系统实现了掘进巷道远程除尘控制目的,提高了通风除尘自动化水平,使巷道粉尘浓度控制在30mg/m^3以下,取得了显著成效。
Aiming at the phenomena of high dust concentration,poor dust removal effect,serious influence on tunnel quality standardization and construction safety during the excavation of 1110 level 2105 roadway,a remote intelligent ventilation and dust removal system was designed by technical research in Xiaoyu Coal Mine.Through practical application,it is found that the system achieves the goal of remote dust removal control in tunneling roadway,improves the automation level of ventilation and dust removal,and controls the dust concentration in roadway below 30mg/m^3,and achieves remarkable results.
