摘要
目的:探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌联合四联疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法:收集我院90例2017年4月-2018年1月慢性糜烂性胃炎患者。随机分组,对照组予以四联疗法治疗,泮托拉唑钠肠溶片,每日40 mg;阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片每次0.375 g,每天3次;呋喃唑酮片每次100 mg,每天3次;胶体果胶铋胶囊每次150 mg,每天3次。观察组则予以四联疗法联合枯草杆菌二联活菌治疗。在对照组的基础上遵医嘱给予枯草杆菌二联活菌,每次250 mg,每天2次,饭前用药。治疗10天。比较两组临床疗效;饭后胃胀消失时间、胃痛消失时间、反酸消失时间、胃镜下检查恢复正常时间;治疗前后患者症状积分水平(采用三级评分法);腹泻、口苦等的出现率。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组饭后胃胀消失时间、胃痛消失时间、反酸消失时间、胃镜下检查恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组症状积分水平并无明显差异,(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、口苦等的出现率和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:四联疗法联合枯草杆菌二联活菌治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of B.subtilis combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:90 patients with chronic erosive gastritis treated from April 2017 to January 1818 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into groups,the control group was treated with quadruple therapy,semi-tolazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,40 mg/d;amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablets 0.375 g/time,three times a day;furazolidone tablets 100 mg/time,three times a day;Colloidal pectin capsule 150 mg/time,three times a day.The observation group was treated with quadruple therapy combined with B.subtilis.On the basis of the control group,the B.subtilis bacteria were administered,250 mg/time,twice a day,before meals.Treatment was for 10 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;the disappearance time of bloating after meal,the disappearance time of gastric pain,the disappearance time of pantothenic acid,the normal time of endoscopy under gastroscope;the symptom score of patients before and after treatment(using the three-level scale);the incidence of diarrhea and mouth pain were observed and compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The disappearance time of gastric bloating,the disappearance time of gastric pain,the disappearance time of pantothenic acid,and the time to return to normal after endoscopy were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the scores of symptom scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of diarrhea and mouth pain in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of quadruple therapy combined with B.subtilis bacteria in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis was clear.
