摘要
目的:基于中医经络检测,观察督脉灸对阳虚体质者的疗效。方法:选择符合入组条件阳虚体质病例97例,并随机分为两组,治疗组采用督脉灸治疗,对照组采用口服金匮肾气丸治疗,治疗前后分别检测其阳虚质转化分及不同经络能量值。结果:治疗组及对照组均能有效改善阳虚质转化分及胃经、肾经、膀胱经能量值(P<0.01),而治疗组疗效要明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:督脉灸和口服金匮肾气丸均能有效改善阳虚体质,但督脉灸效果更为显著。
Objective:Based on the meridian detection of traditional Chinese medicine,to observe the effect of Du-moxibustion on Yang deficiency constitution.Methods:97 patients with yang-deficiency constitution were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Du-moxibustion,and the control group was treated with oral Jingui Shenqi pill.Before and after treatment,the conversion score of yang-deficiency substance and the energy value of meridians were tested.Results:Both the treatment group and the control group were able to effectively improve the conversion score of Yang deficiency and the energy values of the stomach,kidney and bladder(P<0.01),while the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both the Du-moxibustion and the oral Jingui Shenqi pill could effectively improve yang-deficiency constitution,but the effect of Du-moxibustion was more remarkable.
