摘要
为了研究犬异体脂肪源间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cell,MSC)移植对钩端螺旋体引起的急性肾衰竭(Acute renal failure,ARF)的治疗效果。采用Ⅰ型胶原酶消化法分离犬的脂肪MSC;通过静脉注射MSC对1例钩端螺旋体引起的急性肾衰竭犬进行治疗。结果显示,犬脂肪MSC呈长梭形、三角形或多菱形等形态、贴壁生长;干细胞移植治疗后一周,病犬精神恢复良好,饮食正常,检测血液肌酐和血磷含量下降至正常范围内,尿素氮含量明显下降且接近正常范围。表明犬脂肪MSC移植能有效治疗钩端螺旋体诱发的急性肾衰竭。
To study the therapeutic effect of transplantation of canine allogeneic adipose-derived MSC on acute renal failure caused by Leptospira.Canine adipose-derived MSC was isolated by type I collagenase digestion.Then a dog with acute renal failure caused by leptospirosis was selected to accept MSC therapy intravenously.Adipose-derived MSC displayed fusiform,triangular,multidiamond or other irregular shapes and adherent growth after cultured.One week after the stem cell transplantation treatment,the dog recovered well,eating and drinking normally.The blood creatinine and blood phosphorus levels were measured to fall within the normal range,and the urea content was significantly decreased and close to the normal range.Canine adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can effectively treat leptospira-induced acute renal failure.
