摘要
当前,我国经济正在由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。科技型民营企业是推动供给侧结构性改革、激活创新创业活力的重要主体,利用资本市场发展科技型民营企业存在很大的发展空间。同发达地区相比,河南省的资本市场发展不足,需要通过完善金融体系、优化金融生态环境、创新民营企业金融服务、加大对资本市场的支持力度、加强金融发展人才队伍建设等举措持续发力,拓宽科技型民营企业的融资渠道,推动河南省民营经济实现创新发展、转型发展与提质发展。
At present, China’s economy is changing from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development. Science and technology private enterprises are important subjects to promote supply-side structural reform and activate the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship, and there is great room for the development of science and technology private enterprises by using capital market. Compared with the developed areas, the capital market in Henan is underdeveloped, it is necessary to make continuous efforts through measures such as improving the financial system, optimizing the financial ecological environment, innovating the financial services of private enterprises, increasing support for the capital market, and strengthening the construction of talents team for financial development. We also should broaden the financing channels of science and technology private enterprises and promote the private economy in Henan Province to achieve innovative development, transformation and quality development.
