摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在重度肾病性水肿血液透析患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年9月—2018年4月期间我院收治的100例重度肾病性水肿血液透析患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质护理干预,分析比较2组患者干预前后的生活质量及对护理的满意度情况。结果观察组患者干预后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可有效改善重度肾病性水肿血液透析患者的生活质量,且患者接受度高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of quality nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with severe renal edema.Methods 100 patients with severe renal edema hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention.The quality of life and satisfaction of nursing before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with severe renal edema and is widely recognized by patients.
