摘要
目的：探讨中医生脉承气汤配合结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病（CKD）3～4期患者的临床效果。方法选取120例CKD 3～4期患者，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例，2组均给予基础治疗、结肠透析治疗，研究组加用生脉承气汤治疗，比较2组治疗前后相关临床指标的差异。结果治疗后，研究组SCr、BUN、UA水平均显著低于对照组（P均＜0．05），eGFR显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组血清钙、钾、磷、HCO^－、Hb、ALB水平均较治疗前显著好转（P均＜0．05），研究组血Hb水平高于对照组（P＜0．05）；研究组临床证候总积分显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组SGA分布较治疗前均显著好转（P＜0．05），且2组SGA评估分布比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论中医生脉承气汤配合结肠透析治疗CKD 3～4期患者能够显著改善患者的临床证候、肾功能指标，同时改善患者的营养状况。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Shengmai Chengqi Tang （ SMCQT） combined with colon di-alysis in patients with chronic kidney disease （ CKD） of 3—4 phase.Methods 120 patients with CKD of 3 ~4 phase were selected and randomly divided into research group and the control group with 60 cases in each, all patients were given basic treatment and colon dialysis therapy, on this basis, the patients in research group were treated with SMCQT for adjuvant thera-py.The differences related to clinical indicators of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of SCr, BUN, UA in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group （all P〈0.05）, and the level of eGFR was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;the levels of serum calcium, potassium, phosphorus, CHO^-, Hb and ALB were significantly improved than before treatment （ all P 〈0.05）, and the Hb level in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total clinical symptoms score in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. SGA distribution in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference between the both groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion SMCQT with colon dialysis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and renal function indicators of the patients with CKD of 3～4 phase, at the same time improve the nutritional status of patients.
