摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在急诊护理教学中的应用效果。方法将在急诊轮科的60名实习护士随机分为试验组和对照组,各30名,试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,并用理论考核结合迷你临床评价量表(Mini-CEX)进行教学效果评价。结果试验组的沟通能力、评估能力、专业素养、临床判断、应变能力、护理技能等达标率均显著高于对照组,且带教老师反馈时间更短,理论考试成绩更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学模式在急诊护理临床素质培养上比传统教学模式更具优越性。
Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching mode in emergency nursing teaching.Methods 60 trainee nurses in the emergency department were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 in each group.The experimental group used the flipped classroom teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical evaluation combined with the mini clinical evaluation scale(Mini-CEX)was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The communication rate,evaluation ability,professional literacy,clinical judgment,resilience,nursing skills and other compliance rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the feedback time of the teachers was shorter,and the theoretical test scores of the experimental group were higher,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode in the clinical quality training of emergency nursing.
