摘要
根据当前有些高职院校学生群体存在的文化基础较差、人生目标模糊、自我意识强、自信不足等特点进行分析,从学校教育管理方法、员工的职业精神和教学设计能力等不同的角度提出针对性的解决方案。
This paper develops analysis for the characteristics of poor cultural foundation,fuzzy life goals,strong self-awareness,and less self-confidence the higher vocational college students have currently,and then puts forward pertinent solutions from different perspectives including school education management method,employee’s professional spirit,and teaching design ability.
