摘要
目的探讨基于标准化病人的情境模拟教学对本科护生非技术性技能的影响。方法选取某高校2015级本科护生107名,以班级为单位进行分组,观察组54名,对照组53名。在内科护理学实训教学中,对照组采取传统教学方法,观察组采用基于标准化病人的情境模拟教学法。在学期初授课前和学期末授课后采用非技术性技能调查表分别对2组受试对象进行测评。结果观察组的本科护生,其非技术性技能总分以及人文关怀、沟通能力、团队协作、临床思维能力、临床问题决策能力维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于标准化病人的情境模拟教学法在内科护理实训教学中的效果明显优于传统实训教学方法,有利于提高护生非技术性技能。
Objective To explore the influence of simulation-based teaching based on standardized patients on non-technical skills of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 107 nursing undergraduates in grade 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=54)and control group(n=53).In practice teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing,traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and simulation-based teaching method based on standardized patients in the experimental group.After the completion of teaching,non-technical skills of nursing students in the two groups were compared by using a self-designed teaching effect questionnaire.Results The total score of non-technical skills and the score of dimensions such as humanistic care,communication skills,teamwork,clinical thinking ability,and clinical problem-making ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference showed satistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The effect of simulation-based teaching method based on standardized patients is superior to that of traditional teaching method in practice teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing and it is beneficial to improving non-technical skills of nursing students.
