摘要
针对某乘用车座椅在2018版C-NCAP鞭打试验中得分较低的问题,依据鞭打试验要求,在HyperMesh软件中建立座椅鞭打试验的仿真模型,利用LS-DYNA软件作为求解器,对仿真结果进行分析,确定改进的方向,对改进头枕强度与位置的座椅模型进行仿真验证。结果表明,改进后的座椅鞭打试验得分明显提高,座椅的防鞭打试验性能得到有效的优化,对减轻车辆碰撞事故中乘员颈部伤害具有重要意义。
In view of the low score of a passenger car seat in the 2018 C-NCAP whipping test,according to the whipping test requirements,the simulation model of the seat whipping test is established in the HyperMesh software,and the LS-DYNA software is used as the solver.The simulation results are analyzed to determine the direction of improvement,and the seat model for improving the strength and position of the headrest is simulated and verified.The results show that the improved seat whipping test score is significantly improved,the anti-whipping test performance of the seat is effectively optimized,and it is of great significance to reduce the neck injury of the occupant in the vehicle collision accident.
