摘要
大学生创新创业政策肇始于应对窄化的社会上升空间和回应全球个体化。从制度伦理角度来审视当前的大学生创新创业政策,得出以下结论:大学生创新创业政策是在新的历史条件下对我国沿袭已久的大学生毕业就业制度的创新,能从深层次推进我国经济社会结构的变迁,是引领高等教育重塑自我体系和回应市场经济发展趋势的驱动力;大学生创新创业政策有利于纾缓国家就业的行政压力、激发社会新活力;创新创业本质上是一种极具个体化的市场行为,为进一步构建公平公正的市场秩序和促进负责任的个体的成长提供了实践土壤;给个体追求体面生活和破解社会阶层固化提供了可能路径。尽管如此,大学生创新创业政策仍存在进一步改进的空间。
The policies of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students began in response to the narrow social upswing and global individualization.From the perspective of institutional ethics,this paper has examined the current policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.The findings were drawn as following:this policy is an innovation of the long-standing graduate employment system in China under the new historical conditions,which is both to promote the change of China's economic society structure from a deep level and drive to lead the higher education to reshape the self-system so as to respond to the development trend of the market economy.The policy is conducive to alleviating the pressure of national employment administration and stimulating the new vitality of society.Innovation and entrepreneurship are essentially a very individual market behavior which provides a practical soil for further building a fair and just market order and promoting the growth of responsible individuals.It provides a realistic way for individuals to pursue a decent life and crack the solidification of the social class.Despite of these,there is still room for further improvement in the policy of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.
