摘要
随着配电网的不断发展,同步相量测量装置PMU在配电网中的应用得到了越来越多的关注。本文提出了一种考虑配电网节点脆弱性的多阶段PMU最优配置方法。首先,构建考虑节点权重的多阶段PMU配置模型。其次,将配电网节点度、电气介数、凝聚度和紧密度作为指标,通过熵权法和层次分析法,结合TOPSIS求得配电网节点脆弱性指标。最终,通过混合整数线性规划求解得到多阶段配置方案。通过对IEEE33节点和PG&E69节点配电网系统进行仿真计算,验证了本文算法的可行性和有效性。
With the development of distribution network,the applications of phasor measurement unit(PMU)therein are given more attention. In this paper,a multi-stage optimal PMU configuration method is proposed,which takes the vulnerability indexes of buses in distribution network into account. First,a model of multi-stage optimal PMU configuration considering the weights of buses is constructed. Then,the topological characteristics of distribution network including the degree,betweenness,cohesiveness and closeness of nodes are taken as indexes. With the combination of TOPSIS,the vulnerability indexes of buses are determined through the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). At last,mixed integer linear programming(MILP)is used to find the multi-stage configuration scheme.An IEEE 33-bus and a PG&E 69-bus distribution network are simulated and calculated using the proposed method,and results verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
