摘要
以2-氯-6-甲基异烟酸甲酯为起始原料,经偶联、酯化、取代和水解等反应合成了新型稀土螯合剂6,6′-{N,N′,N,N′-[二(2,2′-联吡啶-6,6′-二甲基)]二氨甲基}-2,2′-联吡啶-4-羧酸-Eu 3+(C6),其结构和性能经FL,IR,MS(ESI)和元素分析表征。结果表明:C6的激发峰位于255~340 nm,最大激发波长为290 nm,发射峰为612 nm,荧光寿命为801μs。
A novel rare earth chelating agent,6,6′-{N,N′,N,N′-[2-(2,2′-league pyridine-6,6′-dimethyl)]2 aminomethyl}-2,2′-pyridine-4-carboxylic acid-Eu 3+(C6),was synthesized by the reaction of coupling,esterification,substitution and hydrolysis from 2-chloro-6-methyl isonicotinate.The structure and properties were characterized by FL,IR,MS(ESI)and EA.The results showed that the excitation peak of C6 ranged from 255 nm to 340 nm,the maximum excitation wavelength was 290 nm,the emission peak was 612 nm,and the fluorescence lifetime was 801μs.
