摘要
在现有技术基础之上,对螺旋式混凝土布料机的关键技术进行了分析研究,并针对现有产品存在的不足,提出了改进方法和结构的优化设计,对螺旋式混凝土布料机关键运动部件选型计算,并对主要承载结构件进行有限元分析,为螺旋式混凝土布料机的开发提供理论基础和技术依据,最后对螺旋式混凝土布料机的发展方向进行了预判。
On the basis of the existing technology,the key technologies of spiral concrete distributor were analyzed and studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing products,the improved method and the optimal design of struc?ture were put forward.The selection and calculation of the key moving parts of spiral concrete distributor and the limi?tation of the main bearing structure parts were also presented.Meta-analysis provided theoretical and technical basis for the development of spiral concrete distributor.Finally,the development direction of spiral concrete distributor was predicted.
