摘要
硒鼓搅拌机构中,带轴斜齿轮是用于传递动力的关键运动部件。本文以带轴斜齿轮为例,通过对塑件进行成型工艺分析,针对斜齿难以脱模的工艺难题,利用模具开模时产生的侧向圆周分力,使型腔自由旋转,实现斜齿旋转脱模。同时针对轴侧凸起的弹性扣,设计了弯销抽芯机构,延长了脱模时间,保证齿形型腔有足够 旋转脱模距离。试模结果表明:该模具设计结构合理,生产出来的塑件精度、质量符合设计要求。
In the mixing drum of the cartridge, the helical gear with shaft is the key moving part for transmitting power. Taking helical gear with shaft as an example, through the analysis of forming technology of plastic parts, aiming at the diffi cult problem of demoulding helical teeth, the lateral circumferential force generated during the opening of the die is used to make the cavity rotate freely and realize the demoulding of helical teeth by rotation. At the same time, the bending pin core-pulling mechanism is designed for the elastic buckle of the axle side bulge,which prolongs the demoulding time and ensures that the toothed cavity has enough revolving demoulding distance. The results show that the design structure of the die is reasonable, and the precision and quality of the plastic parts produced meet the design requirements.
