摘要
野菜资源是植物资源的重要组成部分,其亦菜亦药,自古以来就被人们采食,尤其是近些年来,越来越被人们认识到并引起广大城乡居民的重视。由于其生长在深山野岭,密林深处,肥沃的土壤,充足的雨水,优良的自然环境,造就了野菜不仅拥有丰富的营养,更是拥有“冰清玉洁”无任何污染的自身,被许多专家学者誉为“绿色食品”、“健康食品”、“森林食品”。
Wild vegetable resources are an important part of plant resources.They have been eaten by people since ancient times.Especially in recent years,more and more people have recognized and attracted the attention of urban and rural residents.Because it grows in the deep mountains and mountains,dense forests,fertile soil,abundant rainwater and excellent natural environment,the wild vegetable not only has rich nutrition,but also has its own“ice clean and jade clean”without any pollution.It has been praised as“green food”,“healthy food”and“forest food”by many experts and scholars.
