摘要
目的探讨动机性访谈对脑卒中偏瘫患者心理健康水平及应对方式的影响。方法选取我院2015年9月至2017年8月神经科接诊的脑卒中偏瘫96例患者为研究对象,根据纳入、排除标准纳入87例患者参与研究,随机将其分为观察组45例和对照组42例,对照组实施常规护理措施;观察组在常规基础上给予动机性访谈干预措施。比较干预后两组患者认知情况、心理健康水平、应对方式评分。结果干预后,观察组患者疾病、饮食、并发症及康复护理的知晓人数显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者强迫、恐惧、焦虑等心理健康水平比较差异有统计学意义,观察组心理健康水平好于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者疾病面对评分显著高于对照组,疾病屈服、回避评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者实施动机性访谈干预措施,可有效提高疾病认知度,改善心理健康水平,促进积极面对疾病,提高生活质量,效果显著,临床可进一步拓展运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of motivational interviews on mental health level and coping styles of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods To select 96 cases of patients with hemiplegia in neurology department of our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 as a study object.87 cases of patients were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into observation group for 45 patients and controls,in the control group of 42 patients,the control group was received routine nursing measures;on the routine basis,the observation group was gave motivational interview interventions.The cognitive status,mental health level and coping style scores of the two groups were compared after intervention.Results After the intervention,the number of patients with disease,diet,complications,and rehabilitation care of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the differences in mental health levels such as compulsion,fear,and anxiety between the two groups were statistically significant.The mental health level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the disease face score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the disease yield and avoidance scores were significantly lower than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of motivational interview interventions for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve disease awareness,improve mental health,promote positive disease,improve quality of life,and have significant effects.The clinical application can be further expanded.
