摘要
目的探讨予以颅脑外伤后洼田饮水试验3级患者饮食指导的临床效果。方法将2014年5月—2017年9月我院60例洼田饮水试验3级患者分为实验组(规范饮食指导,30例)和对照组(管饲饮食护理,30例),观察两组干预效果。结果实验组吞咽改善有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以颅脑外伤后洼田饮水试验3级患者规范饮食指导可有效改善吞咽功能,且不明显增加误吸风险,应用安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diet guidance for patients with level 3 in water swallow test in depression field after craniocerebral trauma. Methods From May 2014 to September 2017, 60 cases who had 3 levels of water swallow test in low-lying field in our hospital, were divided into experimental group （standardized dietary guidance, 30 cases） and control group （tube feeding diet nursing, 30 cases）, and the intervention effect of two groups was observed. Results The efficiency of swallowing improved in the experimental group （96.67%） was higher than that of the control group （70%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. ConclUsion After the craniocerebral traUma, the patients with 3 levels of water swallow test can effectively improve the swallowing fimetion and do not significantly increase the risk of aspiration, which is safe and effective.
