摘要
全员、全程、全方位地进行校园文化建设,是培养拔尖创新型人才重要而有效的途径。本文以校园文化建设的价值与重要性为出发点,阐述了校园文化建设与拔尖创新型人才培养的内在联系及外在特征,并指出了通过加强校园文化建设实现对培养拔尖创新型人才的推进作用,在机制建设、学风建设、文化建设等多方面实现高校创新型人才的培养目标。
The three-pronged comprehensive construction of campus culture is an important and effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.Based on the value and importance of campus culture construction,this paper expounds the internal relationship and external characteristics of campus culture construction and top-notch innovative talent cultivation,and points out the promotion of top-notch innovative talents by strengthening campus culture construction,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities in the aspects of mechanism construction,study style construction and cultural construction.
