摘要
高校专业教师肩负着培养人才的重要使命和职责,高校专业教师教学能力对学生创新创业能力培养至关重要。梳理相关文献,结合新时代审计人才需求和高校审计专业教师特征,分析了新时代高校审计专业教师创新创业教学能力的新使命新要求,从转变思维、提升技能和优化内容等方面提出了构建新时代高校审计专业教师创新创业教学能力新对策。
Professional teachers in colleges and universities shoulder the important mission and responsibility of cultivating talents.The teaching ability of professional teachers in colleges and universities is very important to the cultivation of students'innovation ability and entrepreneurship.Combining with the needs of auditing professionals in the new era and the characteristics of teachers in auditing major of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the new mission and requirements for the teachers in terms of their teaching ability and puts forward strategies for building the ability from the aspects of changing thinking,upgrading skills and optimizing content.
