摘要
为研究薏苡仁对高脂膳食大鼠腹泻情况的影响,本试验利用猪油和甘蓝建立腹泻大鼠模型,以薏苡仁粉混合鼠粮为材料饲喂大鼠,记录了大鼠日常活动情况、体重、粪便含水量、腹泻率、稀便率等指标。结果表明,薏苡仁能够有效调节动物肠道微生物菌群,改善消化机制和肠道功能,对高脂膳食所导致的腹泻有明显的抑制作用,对于降低大鼠粪便黏性,保护肠道有积极的治疗作用,且高剂量组的治疗效果优于低剂量组。
In order to study the effect of coix seed on diarrhea in rats with high-fat diet,a diarrhea rat model was established by lard and kale,and coix seed powder mixed with chow was used to feed the rats,and recorded the daily activity,body weight,fecal moisture content,diarrhea rate,loose stools rate and other indicators of rats.The results showed that coix seed can effectively regulate the intestinal microbial flora of animals,improve the digestive mechanism and intestinal function,inhibit the diarrhea caused by high-fat diet significantly,and has positive therapeutic effect on reducing the viscosity of feces in rats and protecting the intestinal tract,and the treatment effect of high-dose group is better than that of low-dose group.
