烹饪营养学教学模式创新研究

摘要 在素质教育逐渐取代应试教育主导地位的当今社会,如何激发学生兴趣成为教师开展教学活动的核心任务,因此对教学模式进行创新势在必行。本文以围绕烹饪营养学所开展的教学活动为立足点,从学生自学和教师讲解相结合、对教学内容进行调整及组合等方面出发,对教学模式的创新展开了系统、深入的研究,以期能够为教师提供帮助,使教学活动取得良好的效果。 In today’s society where quality education replaces the subjective status of exam-oriented education,how to stimulate students’interest becomes the core task of teachers to carry out teaching activities,and it is imperative to innovate teaching models.The article takes the teaching activities around the culinary nutrition as the foothold,starting from the combination of self-study and teacher explanation,adjusting and combining the teaching content,and systematically and in-depth research on the innovation of teaching mode.In order to help teachers,the teaching activities have achieved good results.
