摘要
本文分析当前中职学校烹饪营养与卫生课程的教学现状,从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式方面的改革进行分析与思考,以期有效提高课程教学质量。
This paper analyzes the present teaching situation of cooking nutrition and hygiene course in secondary vocational schools and analyzes the teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods to improve the teaching quality.
