摘要 随着汽车技术进步,汽车的轻量化逐渐成为其发展的首要目标。国家大力提倡开发研究的节能环保材料正在慢慢取代传统工业材料。针对汽车轻量化发展趋势和绿色环保主要指标,通过文献调查结合实践研究对汽车保险杠薄壁材料、以塑代钢材料、绿色环保材料等当前汽车轻量化的主要材料现状及发展趋势进行分析和展望。 With the advancement of automotive technology,the lightweight of automobiles has gradually become the primary goal of its development.The state vigorously advocates the development and research of energy-saving and environmental protection materials,which are slowly replacing traditional industrial materials.This paper mainly describes the development trend of lightweight and the main indicators of green environmental protection.The present situation and development trend of the main materials for automobile lightweight,such as thin-walled bumper materials,plastic instead of steel and green environmental protection materials are analyzed and forecasted through literature investigation and practical research.
