摘要
2014年,国务院印发《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,加大高考改革力度,赋予学生更多的选择权。在新高考改革背景下,亟需开展有实效的高中职业生涯规划教育。基于此,白城市第一中学根据自身条件,大力推进职业生涯规划发展进程,构建了“三一二八”职业生涯规划教育模式,并建立了保证其正常运行的保障机制,取得了一些成效,使学生增强了自主发展意识、自主学习意识和自主管理意识及相应的能力。
In 2014,the State Council issued the“Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examinations and Enrollment System”to increase the reform of the college entrance examination and give students more choices.Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,it is urgent to carry out the construction and application research of career planning education model in high school.According to its own objective conditions,Baicheng No.1 Middle School according to their own conditions,vigorously promote the development of career planning process,constructs“3128”career planning education mode,and set up to ensure the normal operation of the guarantee mechanism,has made some achievements,causes the student to enhance the consciousness of independent development,independent learning and independent management consciousness and ability.
