摘要
目的观测miR-29c在慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清中的表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法选取CKD患者和健康体检者各135例,分别设为CKD组、正常对照组。比较两组受检者血清肌酐、胱抑素C水平及miR-29c、ColⅠmRNA表达水平;分析CKD组患者血清miR-29c表达水平与肾间质纤维化(RIF)指数、血清肌酐、血清胱抑素C、ColⅠmRNA之间的关系。结果CKD组患者血清肌酐、胱抑素C水平及ColⅠmRNA表达水平均高于正常对照组(均P<0.05),血清miR-29c表达水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。CKD组患者血清miR-29c表达水平与RIF指数、血清肌酐水平、血清胱抑素C水平、ColⅠmRNA表达水平均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论miR-29c在CKD患者血清中表达下调,与RIF发生、发展相关,血清miR-29c表达水平可作为诊断RIF的生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-29c in serum of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)and its clinical significance.Methods Serum miR-29 C,ColⅠmRNA expression,and serum creatinine,cystatin C levels were detected in 135 CKD patients and 135 healthy subjects.The relationship of serummiR-29c expression with renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)index,serumcreatinine,cystatin C levels and ColⅠmRNA expression in CKD patients was analyzed.Results The serum creatinine,cystatin C levels and ColⅠmRNA expression were higher,and serummiR-29c expression was lower in CKD patients than those in normal control group(all P<0.05).Serum miR-29c expression level in patients with CKD was negatively correlated with RIF index,serumcreatinine,cystatin C and serumCol I mRNA expression(P<0.05).Conclusion MiR-29c is down-regulated in serumof patients with CKD,which may be related to the development of RIF,indicating that serummiR-29c might be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of RIF.
