摘要
目的对北京市245家艾滋病筛查实验室进行艾滋病筛查室间比对,发现各级实验室检测中存在的问题及原因。方法制备不同抗原或抗体属性的艾滋病筛查随机盲样,发放给各级艾滋病筛查实验室进行室间比对实验。对实验室呈报的样本检测结果、原始记录和结果、质控图、临界值等进行统计分析和评分。结果筛查实验室室间比对参加率、合格率均为100%,满分率46.9%,平均成绩96.1,疾病预防控制机构的满分率和平均成绩最高,第三方检测机构的最低。15家(6.1%)出现漏检与误检,经补考后合格。在原始记录、临界值计算或设置、复检化验单及质控图方面也有不同程度的扣分。结论北京市艾滋病筛查实验室艾滋病筛查检测质量总体上准确可信,对于存在的问题应继续加强检测技术培训及督导,重视科内或院内二次培训。
Objective To find out the problems and reasons among 245 labs of AIDS screening tests participating inter-laboratory comparisons.Methods Random blind samples of different antigen or antibody were distributed to each AIDS screening laboratory.The testing result and original records were collected and analyzed.Original records,results,quality control chart and threshold value were included in the scope of assessment.Results The percentage of both participating and pass are 100%.The full marks rate is 46.9%and the average score is 96.1.The highest rates of average score and full score were from the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control,while the lowest rates of those were from the third party test institutes.Missed and false tests were found in 15 laboratories(6.1%)and they were qualified in the make-up exam.There were also scores deductions in the original records,the calculation or setting of critical values,the re-examination of laboratory orders and quality control charts.Conclusions The result of inter-laboratory comparison showed test result from each screening laboratory in Beijing were accurate and reliable.Trainings and supervision on test technology should be continued to reinforce and the further training of intra-section/institute should be emphasized.
