单缸柴油机曲轴的强度及预应力模态分析 被引量:1

摘要 建立了单缸柴油机曲轴的实体模型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对曲轴进行了强度分析,在此基础上,为掌握曲轴的动态特性,进一步进行了曲轴的预应力模态分析,获得了各阶模态频率和振型。结果表明:该曲轴工作中的最大应力为91.26 MPa,满足静强度要求;第一阶模态频率为415.75 Hz,工作中发生结构共振的可能性很小。 In this paper,a solid model of the crankshaft of single-cylinder diesel engine is established,and the strength of the crankshaft is analyzed by finite element software Abaqus.In order to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the crankshaft,the pre-stressed modal analysis of the crankshaft is carried out.The result shows that the maximum stress of the crankshaft is 91.26 MPa,which meets the requirements of static strength,and the first modal frequency is 415.75 Hz,which indicates the possibility of structural resonance is very small.
