摘要 乙基纤维素是一种无毒无刺激、热稳定性好,在体内具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性、良好的成膜性的半合成高分子材料。乙基纤维素不溶于水,成膜机械性能好,是一种理想的药物缓释载体材料,通常可用作缓释药物的薄膜包衣材料、多孔骨架材料、包封辅助材料等。以乙基纤维素为载体,可以实现较为缓慢的释放药物、推迟部分水溶性药物的溶解时间、维持人体内适宜的的血药浓度等。综述了EC作为药物载体的制备方法、研究和应用进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 Ethylcellulose is a semi-synthetic polymer material which is non-toxic,non-irritating,has good thermal stability,has good biocompatibility and biodegradability in vivo,and has good film-forming properties.Ethyl cellulose is insoluble in water and has good mechanical properties.It is an ideal drug sustained-release carrier material,and is generally used as a film coating material for sustained-release drugs,a porous skeleton material,and an encapsulating auxiliary material.With ethyl cellulose as the carrier,it is possible to release the drug slowly,delay the dissolution time of some water-soluble drugs,and maintain a suitable blood concentration in the human body.In this paper,the preparation,research and application progress of EC as a drug carrier are reviewed,and its application prospects are prospected.
