摘要
采用沈阳地区典型城市生活污水,结合Design Expert软件与大量单因素实验,把氨氮去除率作为一个响应值,设计一个具有四因素五水平的响应面法应用于沸石处理氨氮废水的优化研究。实验结果表明,在催化剂浓度为0. 82 mol/L,沸石投加量为0. 51 g,反应温度为21. 17℃,废水初始p H值为7. 8的情况下,氨氮去除率有最大值为88. 7735%,且模型相关系数为0. 9916,F值为126. 55,P值<0. 0001,变异系数(CV)为2. 33%,信噪比为46. 875,可证明该模型有较高的可行性,真实性,拟合度与显著性高。
Based on the typical urban domestic sewage of Shenyang,combined with the single factor experiment,using the DesignExpert software,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was used as a response value to design a four-factor and five-level response surface application and zeolite.Optimize the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater.For the typical urban domestic sewage in Shenyang area of Liaoning,the catalyst concentration is 0.82 mol/L,the zeolite dosage is 0.51 g,the reaction temperature is 21.17 ℃,and the initial pH value of the wastewater is 7.8.The maximum ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 88.7735%.The model correlation coefficient is 0.9916,the F value is 126.55,the P value is<0.0001,the coefficient of variation(CV)is 2.33%,and the signal-to-noise ratio is 46.875.It can be proved that the model has high feasibility,authenticity,high degree of fit and significance.
