摘要
目的通过探讨优质护理对于抑郁症患者的生存质量影响和患者自身的满意度情况影响,总结该方面的相关护理经验,并将其运用于实践中去,不断提高护理水平,改善患者生活。方法选择该院收治的100例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,时间为2016年5月—2017年12月,简单随机法分为两组,对照组50例患者接受常规性质的基础性抑郁症护理,观察组50例患者则接受具有针对性的个性化更强的优质护理对抑郁症进行干预,通过采用调查问卷等多种科学问卷形式观察患者的相关情况,其中包括患者的抑郁症评分程度和生存质量评分情况等,对比两组的护理效果。结果在经过一定的护理周期之后,观察组患者的抑郁症程度明显低于对照组患者的抑郁症程度。其中重度的抑郁患者对比中,观察组2例,对照组15例(χ^2=6.224 7;P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.00%远远高于对照组患者的护理满意度70.00%(χ^2=4.365,P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者进行优质的个体化心理护理干预,能够大大提高患者的人格特征表征情况,降低患者自身的郁闷情绪,提高患者自身的生活质量状况,患者护理满意度较高,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore the impact of quality nursing on the quality of life of patients with depression and the satisfaction of patients themselves.To summarize the relevant nursing experience in this area,and apply it in practice to continuously improve the level of nursing and the life of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups by simple random method.Fifty patients in the control group received routine basic depression nursing,while fifty patients in the observation group received targeted personalized and better quality nursing to intervene in depression.Through the use of questionnaires and other scientific questionnaires,the patient's relevant situation,including the patient's degree of depression score and quality of life scores,etc.were observed.And the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After a certain period of nursing,the depression degree of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Among the severe depression patients,there were 2 cases in the observation group and 15 cases in the control group(χ^2=6.224 7;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.00%,which was much higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(χ^2=4.365,P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing intervention for depression patients can greatly improve the personality characteristics of patients,reduce the depression of patients themselves,improve the quality of life of patients themselves.It nursing satisfaction is high,and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
