摘要
目的对比股骨干骨折患者临床接受两种手术方法治疗的效果。方法选择该院2017年4月—2018年4月中的80例股骨干骨折患者进行研究,按照患者接受手术的不同术式进行分组,观察组40例、对照组40例,分别接受交锁髓内钉手术治疗、锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,骨折愈合率为57.50%,高于对照组40.00%(t/χ^2=5.632 9、4.875 4、4.252 8,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.003 1);观察组手术优良率为87.50%,高于对照组手术优良率65.00%(χ^2=4.529 8,P=0.001 6);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组并发症发生率20.00%(χ^2=4.859 4,P=0.017 2);观察组下肢功能术后1、3个月评分为(25.42±4.19)分、(29.66±5.22)分,均高于对照组(21.13±3.66)分、(25.71±4.19)分(t=4.623 5、5.824 4,P=0.000 0、0.000 0)。结论股骨干骨折患者接受交锁髓内钉治疗的效果要优于锁定加压钢板内固定,有助于减少术中出血,加快患者术后恢复,提升手术安全性,可在临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two surgical methods on patients with femoral shaft fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with femoral shaft fracture in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.According to the different surgical methods of the patients,they were divided into two groups.The 40 patients in the observation group were teated with interlocking intramedullary nail surgery,and the 40 patients in the control group were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation.The effects of two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group.The fracture healing rate was 57.50%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(40.00%)(t/χ^2=5.632 9,4.875 4,4.252 8,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,0.003 1).The excellent rate of operation in the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than that in the control group(65.00%)(χ2=4.529 8,P=0.001 6).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(χ^2=4.859 4,P=0.017 2).The scores of lower limb function in the observation group at 1 and 3 months after surgery were(25.42±4.19)points,(29.66±5.22)points,which were all higher than those in the control group(21.13±3.66)points,(25.71±4.19)points(t=4.623 5,5.824 4,P=0.000 0,0.000 0).Conclusion The effect of interlocking intramedullary nail treatment on patients with femoral shaft fracture is better than that of locking compression plate internal fixation.It is helpful to reduce intraoperative bleeding,accelerate postoperative recovery of patients,improve surgical safety,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
