摘要
目的探讨HPV、TCT联合阴道镜检查在早期宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法方便选取2017年3月—2018年3月在该院接受诊疗的早期宫颈病变患者96例作为本次研究对象,对研究组患者分别进行阴道镜、HPV、TCT单一检查与联合检查,分析不同检测方式对早期宫颈病变筛查的效果。结果研究组患者的病理学检查癌前病变51例,TCT诊断准确率为72.55%,HPV诊断准确率为84.31%,联合诊断准确率为100.00%。HPV、TCT联合阴道镜检查诊断准确率明显高于单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HPV、TCT联合阴道镜检查可以准确了解患者早期宫颈病变情况,诊断的准确性较高,在早期宫颈病变筛查中发挥着良好的作用,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of HPV and TCT combined with colposcopy in the screening of early cervical lesions. Methods Ninety-six patients with early cervical lesions who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected as the subjects. The patients in the study group underwent colposcopy, HPV, TCT single examination and joint examination. The effect of detection methods on early cervical lesion screening. Results In the study group, 51 patients with precancerous lesions were examined by pathology. The diagnostic accuracy of TCT was 72.55%, the diagnostic accuracy of HPV was 84.31%, and the accuracy of combined diagnosis was 100.00%. The diagnostic accuracy of HPV and TCT combined with colposcopy was significantly higher than that of single diagnosis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HPV and TCT combined with colposcopy can accurately understand the early cervical lesions of patients, and the diagnostic accuracy is high. It plays a good role in early cervical lesion screening and has high clinical application value.
