摘要
传统的水电厂语音报警系统是采用预录音的方式来得到语音文件。在实际工程中 ,报警语句往往成百上千 ,这样使得人工录音和人工采音的工作量非常大。将文语转换 ( TTS)技术嵌入传统的语音报警系统 ,实现文本信息到语音信息的直接转换 ,语音报警系统便更具灵活性和可维护性。
The output of voice in the conventional speech alarm system of hydropower plants is achieved by pre taping. In practical projects, the number of alarm sentences is so large that the work of taping and segmentation is very hard for workers . The embedment of TTS in the conventional speech alarm system can realize direct transform of text into speech and make the speech alarm system more flexible and easier to maintain.
