摘要
本文介绍了ＣＴＩ（Ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒ Ｔｅｌｅｐｈｏｎｙ Ｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｉｏｎ）技术以及ＣＴＩ系统基本模型，并通过实例一多媒体智能终端系统的详细介绍，进一步描述了ＣＴＩ技术在公共电信领域的应用与发展。
This paper introduce CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technology and the basic model of CTI system. Citing a public multimedia terminal system, the author describe more of the application and development of CTI technology in public telecom field.
