摘要
东风4系列机车自投入运用以来,其1、6位闸瓦偏磨现象普遍存在,而且间或机车缓解时出现闸瓦贴靠轮箍踏面,造成轮箍松弛。前者使闸瓦寿命大大缩短,后者如不能及时发现和处理将抱松轮箍,直接威胁行车安全。本文介绍了一种通过改造1、6位制动器吊杆横拉杆,使之长度能调节,继而解决上述两方面问题的方法。
The phenomenon of the brake shoe nonaffine wear at Position 1 and 6 has been common since DF 4 series locomotives have been put into service.Sometimes,the brake shoes press close to the wheel tyre tread and result in the wheel tyre being loosed.This trouble not only shortens the brake shoe service life,but also endangers safty running.The measure to solve this problem is to reform the hanger rod lateral drawbars of the brakes at Position 1 and 6.
