摘要
臭氧由于其强氧化性 ,已在许多方面得到广泛应用。目前臭氧发生器多以气体放电为基础 ,因此围绕如何提高臭氧产生效率 ,介绍了臭氧发生器电极、电介质和电源的研究进展 ,以及进气制备。
Ozone has been widely used in many fields due to its strong oxidation ability. Most current ozone generators are based on gas discharge. Focusing on how to improve the efficiency of ozone generation, this paper introduces the research and development of electrodes, dielectrics and power supplies of ozone generator. The influences of gas preparation, system cooling and operational condition are also presented.
