摘要 本文对司空图《二十四诗品》的每一品内容及其审美特征作了比较详细的分析和阐述,并联系中国古代的哲学思想和审美传统,特别是唐诗的创作实际,研究了其所描绘的意境风格特色,以便更加正确地理解和认识《二十四诗品》的意义和作用。 The paper is to analyze and interpret in detail the content and aesthetic features of each 'grade' in Sikong Tu′s TwentyFour Grades of Poetry. The discussion will be placed in the wider perspective, that is, one needs to put Sikong Tu′s critique of poetry in the context of ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts and aesthetic tradition. His critique undoubtedly becomes a source of inspiration for some of Tang poets. With careful study of artistic conception and distinctiveness of flavor and style as demonstrated in some of Tang poems, one might understand and appreciate more deeply the significance and function of TwentyFour Grades of Poetry.
