固体光催化磺胺甲噁唑降解机理的液质联用分析 被引量:1

Degradation mechanism of sulfamethoxazole under solid photocatalysis by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 合成了三元复合固体光催化剂Ag3PO4/Bi2WO6/M WCNTs,并用于磺胺甲噁唑(SM X)的催化降解,同时建立了SMX的液相色谱-质谱检测方法。结果表明,在0. 01~10μg/mL浓度范围内,SMX浓度和峰面积线性关系良好,R2为0. 9999;检出限为6 ng/mL;SMX在3个浓度水平的加标回收率为97. 6%~100. 6%,相对标准偏差为3. 5%(n=6)。借助液质联用技术探讨了自制催化剂对磺胺甲噁唑光催化降解机理,该法可用于水体中磺胺甲噁唑的快速检测,同时为药物残留污染水体的修复提供理论依据及技术支持。 A ternary composite solid photocatalyst Ag3PO4/Bi2WO6/MWCNTs was synthesized and used for the catalytic degradation of sulfamethoxazole(SMX).A method of liquid chromatographymass spectrometry for the determination of SMX was established.The results showed that the relationship between SMX concentration and peak area was linear in the range of 0.01-10μg/m L with R2 of 0.9999,the detection limit was 6 ng/m L,the recoveries of SMX at three concentration levels were 97.6%-100.6%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.5%(n=6).The photocatalytic degradation mechanism of sulfamethoxazole by self-made catalyst was discussed using high liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The method can be used for the rapid detection of sulfamethoxazole in water,and providels theoretical basis and technical support for the remediation of water contaminated by drug residues.
