摘要
采用固相萃取技术与高效液相色谱仪相结合的方法测定水中抗生素的含量.先用固相萃取仪对预先处理过的水样进行萃取浓缩,再用高效液相色谱仪进行定量分析.色谱条件为:C18色谱柱,1∶1乙腈-1%甲酸水溶液作为二元流动相进行等度洗脱.结果表明:从广州几处天然水域河水未检出磺胺嘧啶,可检测出微量的氯霉素,其中佛山某医院附近河流和花都天马河含有约2.55μg/L和1.26μg/L的氯霉素.此研究方法操作简单、稳定性和灵敏度较好,适合于自然水域水体中抗生素污染物的检测.
In this paper, the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)technology was employed to measure the antibiotics content of water sampling from native rivers at Guangzhou district. The pretreated samples were concentrated by a method of solid phase extraction (SPE)and the chromatographic analytical conditions with a C18-column and a constant gradient elution of binary-mobile phase were adopted. The experimental results show sulfadiazine was not detected in the rivers at Guangzhou city and a few traces of chloramphenicol were detected in several rivers. The content of chloramphenicol in a river near a hospital in Foshan and in Tianma River are respectively 2.55 μg/L and 1.26 μg/L. The characteristics of the SPE-HPLC method are simple, convenient and sensitive, which is suitable to determine the antibiotics pollutants in natural hydrological basin.
